Seaworks is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead the talent acquisition and deployment strategies for its marine and offshore operations in Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated recruitment team, ensuring the timely hiring of seafarers, offshore technicians, and specialized marine staff. Your responsibilities include coordinating closely with the HR Manager, managing complex deployment schedules, and ensuring all hires meet rigorous maritime compliance standards. You will be tasked with optimizing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through maritime platforms to finalizing high-stakes negotiations. This position is essential for maintaining the operational readiness of offshore vessels and platforms by ensuring a steady pipeline of certified and qualified maritime professionals.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Mari Management
b. Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
